SENIOR HOUSING
CPACS received funding from HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) to develop the first senior housing complex for Asian Americans in Georgia, the second of its type in the nation. As a response to the growing demand for senior housing in recent years, Rainbow Heights, a 53-unit housing complex, opened in January of 2007.
