Legal Department is committed to the practice of Immigration and Nationality Law. This department represents clients all over the United States and from countries around the world. We work on immigration issues including employment-based petitions, marriage petitions, and visa extension, change of status and naturalization.

CPACS services are a federally accredited agency.


U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Services

Immigration law is highly specialized and technical and is constantly changing. We stay abreast of these changes and provide creative solutions to assist individuals and companies with all their immigration needs.

Employment- based Immigration

Legal Department provides a variety of immigration services for employment based petitions, including H-1B temporary work visas for professionals, Labor Certification Application, and I-140 Petition. We also provide services of Religious visa, including R-1 visa and Special Immigrant Petition.

Family-based Immigration

Legal Department also represents individuals and families in seeking lawful permanent residency (i.e. "green cards") for themselves or family members. We provide all kind of services that is required for filing a petition for family members, including parents, spouse and minor child of U.S. citizens, spouse and minor child of Legal Permanent Residents (“LPR”), unmarried child of LPR, married child of U.S. citizens (“USC”), brothers and sisters of USC, etc.

Non-immigrant Visas

Legal department provides services for non-immigrants who want to change of their status, extend their stay, etc.
